Refund policy

Exchanges/Store Credit

We do not provide refunds.  

We have a 30-day exchange/store credit policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order was placed to exchange your item or receive store credit. 

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

We do not include your original shipping cost in the value of the exchange/store credit.

To start the process for an exchange/store credit, please contact us at jessica@sparrowandco.com. Include "Exchange/Store Credit Request" in the title of your email.  If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not pay for return shipping.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our products, slight variations and imperfections may be present. This is not cause for exchange/store credit.


Unfortunately, we cannot allow exchanges or give store credit on sale items or gift cards.
