. Why do I need to create an account with you?
Create an account to save your contact information for future orders, track the status of your current orders and view your order history.
. How do I make a Wish List?
To add items to your Wish List, first add them to your shopping basket. From the shopping basket page, check the boxes to the left of the items to transfer them (all at once) to your Wish List.
. I've forgotten my password. What do I do?
You can reset your password by clicking on the link below the login page. To ensure security, this process will delete all billing information for your account.

. How do I pay for my order?
We accept online payment in a secure environment using the following credit and debit cards: American Express, Electron, Master Card and Visa.
We also accept payments via Paypal.
. What is your refund and returns policy?
We hop that you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 28 days of receiving it - simply post the item back to us at the address listed below.

. Is my transaction secure?
Yes. We understand that online security is a major concern of our customers. The information that you provide during purchasing your goods is entirely associated with your purchase. Any personal information you enter on our secure server will be encrypted using the latest SSL encryption technology. This means no one can intercept your details and read them.
Information is used for the purpose of order fulfillment only.
Our data collection and storage is governed by the rules of the UK Data Protection Act. We do not store any of your personal financial details after your order has been confirmed. We will not divulge your personal details to any other company or organisation.
. What is your ethical policy?
Sparrow and Co. products are not designed with fashion in mind - we strongly believe in producing products that are made to the highest quality and designed to outlive trends and last for generations.
We try to keep packaging to a minimum and recycle all we can - however, please be aware that we also need to make sure that your order arrives in perfect condition/undamaged so that they only need to be sent once.
We believe in paying our makers and artisans a fair price for every product they produce for our collection. Working with some of the most talented makers from across the world has given us the opportunity to keep traditional skills alive and support developing countries.
. Do you offer Gift Wrapping
No. However, we are hoping to be able to offer this service soon.
